What is the warranty period for Star Labs hardware?
All Star Labs electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective opened items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Star Labs ships to over 50 countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For high-end workstations, we also offer 0% interest financing through Affirm.
Are your products compatible with both Windows and macOS?
